I found craftly.com easy to get around, which is saying something because I’m usually the one clicking the wrong menu and then blaming the site for it. The layout is clean, the menus make sense, and pages loaded fine for me. A few buttons could be a little more obvious, but i only hesitated a couple times. Overall, it’s a nice-looking site and simple enough to figure out.

I’ve been using this for a bit now, and yeah... it does save me time most days. The setup was kind of clunky at first, not gonna lie, but once I got through that, it started fitting into my workflow well.

I was hoping there would be a lot more templates to choose from. For what I needed, most of them started to feel similar, and I couldn’t really find anything that fit my style. I got bored scrolling through them faster than I expected.

Getting started with Craftly was easy honestly. I signed up and was in the setup stuff quick, and most of the steps made sense to me. I did have to poke around a bit to find one setting, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but it wasn’t a big deal either. Overall it was a good first experience, I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ve used craftly.com a few times for quick AI-written stuff, and it’s, like, fine overall. Some of the drafts were actually helpful and saved me a bit of time, but others felt kind of generic or repeated the same point in different ways. I usually still had to go in and clean things up before I could really use it. So yeah, not bad or anything, just not something I’d call amazing.

I felt like the prices were a bit high for what you actually get. It’s not terrible or anything, but the value just sorta wasn’t there for me.

The tools themselves are good, but the subscription setup feels really rigid. I just wanted to pause my plan for a month and it turned into way more of a hassle than expected. What made it more frustrating was dealing with the automated system instead of just getting a straightforward option or a real person to help. It shouldn’t be this hard to take a short break...

I just really liked how flexible the editor on Craftly felt. I could move things around, change the text, and try out different layouts without having to start from scratch every time. I made a couple mistakes along the way, but fixing them was simple. It just didn’t feel confusing like some other tools I’ve tried. Overall, I’m happy with it

I tried using craftly for some product copy, but it really didn’t sound like us. No matter how much feedback I gave, it kept pushing everything into this overly salesy tone. A few lines were decent enough to keep, but I still ended up rewriting most of it myself. What got kind of annoying was the canned-sounding apologies whenever it didn’t follow the notes, like “sorry about that” and then it would basically do the same thing again. It’s not awful, but it just wasn’t accurate enough for what I needed.

I had a problem with my order, so I messaged craftly support and got the usual automatic reply right away. After that, though, it was just silence for days, which was already frustrating enough.
I tried following up, and when I finally got anything back, it didn’t really answer my question and felt kind of dismissive, like I was being talked down to for even asking. It ended up feeling like I was shouting into a wall when all I needed was some basic help

I’ve been using craftly mostly when I’m staring at a blank page and need a few ideas quickly. It does help sometimes, though I’m not always sure if the suggestions are actually good or if they just sound okay at first. A few are useful, but others feel generic, so I usually end up rewriting a lot anyway. Still, it gets me moving, so I guess it’s decent. Not amazing, but not bad either.

I got it set up quickly and didn’t run into any headaches at all. If you’re on the fence or worried it’ll be a hassle, I’d say go for it, it’s straightforward.

It kind of gave me that bait-and-switch feeling, like it was advertised as more flexible than it really is. Just couldn’t get it to look or work the way I wanted

I used Craftly for a few weeks it was frustrating. Simple things just wouldn’t work reliably — saved drafts disappeared, the editor would freeze, and tools that loaded fine one day would randomly fail the next. When I reached out for help, I got the vibe that it was somehow something I was doing wrong, which made the whole experience even more annoying. I really needed something dependable, and this just wasn’t it for me...

I wasn’t expecting the drafts to feel this fresh right away, but they did. I still had to make a few small edits here and there, but overall it gave me a really solid starting point.
